Pastor James & Pastor Tara Galbraith
Lead Pastor / Care Pastor & Vice Principal
Pastor James, an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, joined Bethel as Lead Pastor in 2023. He brings over two decades of experience serving as a Lead, Associate, and Youth Pastor in Maine and Pennsylvania. He holds a Doctorate in Biblical Studies and a Master’s in Theological Studies from Liberty University, along with a Bachelor’s from Nelson University. Passionate about preaching God’s Word, Pastor James is dedicated to helping all generations discover their purpose as disciples of Jesus. His heart is to see lives changed and the Cleveland area transformed by the power of God.
Pastor Tara, an ordained Assemblies of God minister, serves as Bethel’s Care Pastor and Vice Principal of the academy. She has ministered in music, outreach, and children’s ministry, and is passionate about helping people grow in their faith and bringing hope to the hurting. She and Pastor James were married in 1997 and have two children, Josh (married to Arianna) and Emma, as well as two grandchildren, Cody and Kaia. In their free time, Pastor Tara and James enjoy outdoor adventures together, including cycling, skiing, hiking, and camping.
Pastor Jeremy & Natalie Burnett
Executive Pastor / BCA Principal
Pastor Jeremy, an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, joined the staff in the summer of 2012 as our Kids Pastor and a teacher in our school. He has served in various roles over the years in both the church and school. In June 2023, Pastor Jeremy transitioned to the roles of Executive Pastor & Superintendent. Jeremy loves to play and watch sports and is a big Cleveland Browns fan!
Natalie taught at Bethel Christian Academy for 11 years and has served as BCA Principal since 2023. Natalie has master’s degrees in ministry and education. She loves to run and completed multiple half marathons and other races. Natalie and Jeremy were married in 2003 and have 3 children: Benjamin, Hadley, and Jackson. Their children are all actively involved in the church.
Pastor Edgar Santos
NextGen Pastor
Pastor Edgar, an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, joined Bethel Christian in 2019. As the NextGen Pastor, he oversees ministries from nursery through high school. He also serves as Cleveland Area Kids Representative for the Ohio Ministry Network. Married to his wife, Amy, since 2001, they have two young adult children, Josh and Lysi. Passionate about raising devoted disciples of Jesus and helping families grow in faith, Pastor Edgar enjoys spending time with family, reading, and tackling home projects in his free time.
Pastor Garret May
Youth & Young Adults Pastor
Pastor Garret, a certified minister through the Assemblies of God, joined our team in July 2024 and serves as the youth and young adult pastor. His wife, Pastor Katlyn, is also a certified minister with the Assemblies of God. They have been married since December 2022, and have two daughters, Ivy and Sophie. During his free time, Pastor Garret enjoys watching sports (especially Cleveland sports teams), spending time with his family, and trying new coffee shops.
Fred Tandoc
Bookkeeper
Fred joined our staff in September 2019. He and his family have been attending Bethel Christian since 2010. They started and still lead the Pinagpala Christian Fellowship, a Filipino ministry. Fred and Nori were married in 1989, and have three children: Louie, Faith, and Franz. Fred has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Cleveland State University. His hobbies are photography and woodworking, and he is passionate about leading Bible Studies and ministry. Fred has conducted three crusades in the Philippines (2006, 2017, & 2023).
Falicia Redditt
Administrative Assistant
Falicia joined our staff in September 2025. She married her husband Brian in 2012, and together they have two children, Theodore and Penelope. She has served in multiple capacities in ministry over the years that she has attended Bethel Christian. She currently serves as a worship leader on our Sunday morning worship team.
